Turin Health Complex
This P3 project comprises the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of a multifunctional complex that will include a new hospital and a research center that will be a benchmark in north-western Italy.
The health complex will have four interconnected blocks, that will house the current health facilities making up the City of Health: La Molinette, the CTO and the Sant'Anna Hospital.
Its total surface area comprises 1,040 beds, 19 operating rooms, 175,000 m2 of hospital surface, 64,000 m2 of underground parking, 5,000 m2 of training areas and 1,525 m2 of commercial areas.
Located in the Lingotto district, in Turin, where we already have other transport P3s in the surroundings of the city. Therefore, through this project we strengthen our presence in the Italian market.
